Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also comes with a large European-style canopy that provides shade from the sun and some protection against light wind. It also comes with two storage bags and an all-around harness with five points for safety.
The Delta was put together in less than 3 minutes, the fastest time of all test groups. The manual is average and doesn't require any tools to assemble. It is among the lighter products in our test group and folds flat, making it very easy to carry and lift.
